GOD WROTE A DESIRE ON OUR HEARTS TO STAND IN THE GAP FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE BEEN DECEIVED IN LIFE’S JOURNEY. 

WE EXIST, TO PROVIDE A SAFE PLACE WHERE THEY CAN ARISE FROM THE ASHES OF A LIFE THAT IS TOLD AND BE  RESTORED TO THEIR  PURPOSE AND POSITION AS ORDAINED BY THEIR MAKER, OUR ABBA FATHER.   

WHO ARE WE? Established in 2005, Standing in the Gap Women’s Retreat is a Christian International Outreach Ministry under the covering of Open Heavens the Soul Winning Church.

WHAT DO WE DO? We take women out of their normal environment and into the beauty of nature for the weekend where they can experience GOD in a unique and authentic way. We aim to help them develop through the ministry of the Holy Spirit a deeper intimacy with the Lord Jesus Christ.

HOW DO WE DO THIS? We employ inspirational spirit filled and dynamic teachings, workshops, seminars, music and breakout sessions which serves to gently propel women to let go of the burden and to trust God for their renewal.
WHAT WE’VE EXPERIENCED? Women who come to the retreat who are tired, burnt-out, hopeless have their faith restored, their minds renewed, their bodies refreshed, and their hope restored.
OUR VISION? To be the place and to create a space where the love of God touches the heart of a woman.

We declare that God found a remnant who is willing to stand up in the spirit of unity (UMOJA) and be available to bridge souls to Christ.  Standing in the Gap Ministries, we are this purpose of God.

l  attended Standing in The Gap  Retreats and Conferences for my first time in 2007.   I didn’t know what to expect or to receive, I'm so glad to let you know that my first experience was phenomenal.   Just  the same  and even better in the following years. Prior to that first day, I had never encountered such a rich anointing and the presence of God that  I experienced at the Standing in The Gap Retreats.   I'm truly lost for words to describe it, my  best would be to say that it was Powerfu! lt was Anointed! and it was Impactful! I was delivered, restored and forever changed. I never looked back since  2007, And I'm always looking forward to the next one.

A few years ago I attended one of the Standing In The Gap Women’s Retreat and it changed my life. Much of my adult life has been challenged due to adversity.
While attending the Christian based Ministry-through studying the Word of God, prayer and fellowship I was taught how to let go of past hurts, hang ups, fears and insecurities through the forgiveness of Jesus Christ. I was also able to develop life long friendships.
My mind, body and soul was renewed. It was exactly what I needed!
